Wuyi Palace was founded in the Tang dynasty (755 A.D) .Wuyi Palace Tea has processed 800mu of quality tea plant within the famous Wuyi rock-essence tea Region as specified by The Origin Products Protection Act . About a dozen of well-known varieties of Wuyi rock-essence teas including Dahongpao,Wuyi Shuixian, and Wuyi Rougui are cultivated in the plant.Tea plots of Wuyi Palace Tea are located among the hills and rocks. The sloppy landform is stretching from the northwest to the southeast, embellished with rocky peaks and brooks ,thus forms a unique mountain climate characterized by humid air ,thick fogs , short frost seasons, 18-18.5℃ average temperature,2,000mm rainful per annum and average 80％ RH in the year .The soil of the plant is weathering from the debris of the volcanoes ,sandstones and shale. It has thick humus with a high organic content . PH value is 4.72 . All these features of the natural environment have made Wuyi Palace Tea plant an ideal ecological tea garden.

Drinking methods of Dahongpao
Kung Fu tea drinking method: select the Kung Fu tea set, put the tea in the covered bowl, and use the boiling water to make tea, pour the boiling water at a lower position first and higher later, and pour it carefully around the covered bowl edge, and then put the cover onto the bowl. About a minute later, it will be suitable to drink. The Kun Fu tea drinking method is suitable for the leisure crowd.
Mixed-preparation drinking method: select the ordinary tea set. According to the individual taste and demand, mix the tea soup with the milk or the other foods or drinks for drinking .The mixed soup juice has got the good taste and effect, suitable for both the young and the old.
